Orthodontics is our passion! We know how important it is to have a beautiful, glowing smile in order to live your best life.
Our practice was originally founded in 1996 by Dr. Steven Kunihiro making him the longest active tenured Orthodontist in the the Napa Valley. Since that time Dr. Kunihiro and our first class team have been proudly delivering smiles to our community. Dr. Kunihiro was drawn to Napa because he believed that Napa’s charm and relaxed atmosphere would be the ideal place to raise their children (back then it was their 5-year old daughter and six-month-old triplets)! At that time getting braces was a big ordeal. In fact, getting braces might have meant that you’d also get stuck with a headgear or be in braces for 3-4 years or even longer, but Dr. Kunihiro had a vision to change the way that orthodontics was being done. He wanted all his patients to to enjoy coming to his practice and to have great memories of their experiences with braces, but also to get the best possible results. This has led Dr. Kunihiro had to assemble all the technologies, tools and skills necessary to make Orthodontics more fun, fast and convenient.
